Cancellation Policy

 

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. 

Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 notice if you need to cancel an appointment.

  • To secure your appointment, payment is required upfront.
  • We understand that things come up, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll be happy to apply your payment toward a future appointment or issue a refund.
  • For changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment, we’re unable to offer refunds as that time has been reserved just for you.
 
 

Rush Service Fee

 

We also know sometimes life happens and you need an asap service. 

You can contact us for a Rush Service and we can try to fit you in, but there is no guarantee.

  • Contact us for the fee. 
  • We are not guaranteeing availability, but we will do our best. Fee will only apply if we can fit you in that day.
